I say my last “outdoor” sports event, since I’m uploading this Saturday morning, just before I leave to go cheer for my school’s gymnastics team in Hamada, Shimane. That event will be in a gym, which is good, since it’s been pouring rain these past few days.
The gymnastics kentaikai will be my last cheering opportunity before I leave Japan next Thursday, but that’s cool, since the Taiso bu is one of my favorite clubs – the kids and coach are awesome people.
Hope you enjoy your weekend. This is my last day of fun – I also have a teacher party tonight – and then it’s down to serious packing and cleaning on Sunday and Monday.
Cheers,
Jason

Does Anyone know any "Outdoor Sports" That Mentally Challenged & Disabled Kids Can Play?
We Have played according to there interests but we need some other games that they can play…
If you know any or know a website that has a list of games please tell me thank you.
You just asked this question and I don’t understand why you think they need special games. I have 2 kids with disabilities and they both played all the same games the other kids played when they were young. Sometime they had to be a bit more lenient with the rules or give them extra turns or extra time – but they played the same games.

I just got the pink eye for both my eyes this morning. They were bloodshot red and I was wearing contacts as well. I went to the doctor’s and I was given medication for it. Would it make it worse if i play outdoor sports while i have the pink eye?

I am overweight and really want to get into outdoor sports. But every 50ft or so, I struggle (can’t breathe, legs turn to jelly, etc.)
I rode my bike for the first time in YEARS (10+) and am still hurting from "saddle sore".
What can I do to condition my body, relieve the pains and prevent the suffering?
The best way to condition yourself for an activity is to do that activity. You just have to start really slowly and build up gradually. You will get there. Sounds like you are pushing yourself, which is good. Discomfort tells you you are improving your fitness, but be sure to stay within you limits so you don’t hurt yourself.
